Not sure...

FMF = fetal movements felt
FHH = fetal heart heard

Could it be one of those, slightly misspelt??

FPF fetal pulse felt?? Never heard of that before though.

In different context FFP means fresh frozen plasma: you've not had anykind of blood transfusion, have you??

Sorry, not sure.

It's fetal movements felt.

Something to do with fibroplasts I think

Not sure, am not a medical bod. read the wiki thing, but it's a bit beyond me at this time of night.

Did a google and only come up with false postitive fraction in relation to maternity notes. No idea what it means.

Would question the midwife next time or ring the unit if you want to know in the meanwhile.

I mean position. Doh! Half asleep. Said same on mine and I queried it.

ShowOfHands · 02/12/2009 23:11

Midwife said it was her own shorthand btw, not an actual term.

Fetal postition felt?

PacificMistletoeandnoWine · 02/12/2009 23:14
