Anyone else due April 2010?

I just found out yesterday I'm 4 weeks preggers after trying for our 2nd baby for a year and half, at last!! It seemed as though it was never going to happen!

Here's to the next 8-9 months!

If it makes you feel any better walkingbookworm mine did, in fact they got smaller, so i'm looking forward to them getting bigger again!

But as bettymum said evryone varies...

Is it just me or does everyone start to worry when their symptoms start to fade a little bit? My sickness completely went yesterday and i was really worried, but today its back....

This is my second one - my DS is 22 months. Had been trying for a while so great to finally see the BFP!!

I know what you mean Bettymum my DH will mourn if my breasts shrink - I think the bigger the better from his point of view . I have to say I'm now hoping my symptoms don't go away - they are reassuring aren't they

Rtuff - I agree that I worry when the symptoms aren't as strong. I am very mildly queasy whereas a week ago it was much more. However, I am busier at work this week so less time to think about things. Also pre-testing I was uber-aware of any possible symptom, whereas now I know I am actually pregnant I think I've chilled out a bit.

As a Mum of April 07 and April 09 daughters I can tell you it is a great time of year to have a baby.

ive had a scan already due 2 1 mc and im told im due bout 18th dont no how they worked it out coz all i saw was the sac going bk beginning of aug 4 another scan so fingers crossed i will b told 4 definate when its due. i got extreme tiredness all i want 2 do is sleep all day long any1 else feeling like this? its strange as i never had this with dd!

Rtuff I'm totally with you on the paranoia about symptoms. I've had hardly any and even less this morning. Found myself pressing my nipples to check they were still sore

dwayne I know exactly where I conceived, it's strange but I had a feeling the next day but thought nothing of it........

my boobies have grown so much and being sick a lot now, never had any with last PG (MMC) so fingers, toes and everything crossable is well and truly crossed.....

Glad to see the list is starting to look healthy as well....

neeko I think everyone on this thread is with you on the boob squeezing/pressing just to make sure they still hurt.....we are one bunch of crazy ladies

Hello all, hope you don't mind me joining in here. My stay might be brief as I have had three early miscarriages in the last year, so not allowing hope yet! But need to be thinking positive so hence why I am here. Look forward to getting to know you all.

dani87 - aren't you due 18th March? you would not see anything on a scan yet if you were due 18th april! Sorry having been to many many early scans I am sadly familiar with when to go for my first scan, and I know if I went now they would be very unlikely to see even a sac, and since I am 10 days ahead of your dates, I am mystified as to how you could see a sac. So just wondering if you are further on than you think??? How old is your dd?

My first symptom is the need to wee, my mum noticed it already . I will be getting blood tests and early scans due to the previous miscarriages, but I am waiting til next week to go to doc about it.

Hello new ladies!
I found myself doing another pregnancy test last night...don't know why, very silly really. The line is still there!
My early pg symptoms seem to be tiredness - had to go to bed at 9pm last night but didn't sleep for ages - and a raging hunger already! Have had so far today: one bowl porridge, one cup of tea, one grapefruit juice (ha ha old habits die hard), and an hour later, a cappuccino and a slice of cake! And it's only 10.30. Hmm, what's for lunch?

im not sure whether i am tired because i am pregnant or because im super busy....
Apart from that still no symptoms though i do have scatter brain and i crave strong flavours...
I know i shouldnt be worried about having no symptoms because it can happen, but still, a little morning sickness would be reassuring.
I hope that my fisrt scan will be around week 10 or 11 (to check all is fine) because i am going back to work when i'll be 12 weeks PG... (Im still on mat leave)

Hello to all the new Mums to be - getting to be quite a gathering now!

I went to see the GP this morning. He put my due date a day earlier - the 31st March. Most online calculators say 1st April though so I'm staying here as I have longer cycles anyway. Role on the 12 week scan to get a proper date! Doc raised his eyebrows a bit about my current weight - didn't really lose an appropriate amount after DS. I'm trying to follow the Gentle Birth Method this time though, but unfortunately that means no sugar or wheat. Boo!

Congratulations to you all - hope you have a lovely nausea-free few months! I have an lovely April 09 DS who is currently acting as a furnace curled up on my tummy!

I too second Springy - these girls are the only thing that got me through those 9 months - really hope you are as lucky as we were!

Feeling bit anxious because breast tenderness which was bad last weekend seems to have all but vanished and no other symptoms. GP says not to worry but have booked myself in for an early scan next week. Am I just being paranoid??
