YANBU kitty - it's coming into your house. I hate that stuff with a passion, especially when there are kids around. You should be able to enjoy your home and be able to open the windows to get 'fresh' air not stinky weed smell.

Ktty - When I moved into our old flat when pregnant with DD there was a gang of lads who would meet in the stairwell to smoke weed. I tried the matey approach and told them that although it didn't bother me, my husband was a policeman (he's not) and if he caught them it would be a dfferent matter. I made it sound like I was giving them a heads up and they were really sweet about it and never came back. I think maybe try a friendly approach first.
