CALLING SWANSEA MUMS TO BE- IS ANYONE OUT THERE???!!!!!

Hi all SWANSEA ladies!

Im living in Swansea and am due in June.

I am really trying hard to find out about Antenatal classes for me and the suffering partner!
Also any classes that I can go to that arent in the middle of the day as I work full time.
It would also be great to get to know some other mums to be in this area as I havent lived down here that long...some buddies to share with would be great.

Also having baby in Singleton hospital.

Have you tried the NCT for classes? You'll meet lots of other people that way. I used to live in Swansea but left a few years ago, so I can't really be of help!

Hi, Yeah I tried NCT but the classes for 'due in June' are all booked up, we could go for the due in April though ?!...I intend to interogate my MW again but she hasnt been much help so far. thanks tho

Hi, I'm a swansea mum, due in sept. Baby number 4. I haven't done AN classes since ds1 8 years ago. They were in the evening at the tiome in singleton in the antenatal clinic.

I've had 3 singleton babies.

I'm so dopey just seen when you posted this. You'll have baby by now lol! Hope you got the AN classes.

I really shopuld check which pages my ds1 has flipped me onto lol!

Know this is a very old post but just in case anyone finds themselves in a similar situation ... I am a qualified nurse - midwife and I provide private antenatal classes at home tailored to your individual needs at a time of your convenience (up till 10pm!!) in your home.
