Evening All,

Someone please convince me that the washing up will do itself so that I don't have to do it DH is away again and I'm feeling blue. Can't be bothered to get up and do anything. Any suggestions?

frostyfrekkles · 16/01/2009 20:39

it does worry me kitty, time will tell. i didn't intend to get pregnant to him. we were having fun. partying, having lots of sex. he's 6 years younger than me. i'd just come out of an 8 year relationship, i was just having fun. ho hum.

i can't go anymore nutty. there's no phone signal there, so i won't hear from him till monday.

boffin, that sounds abit like my life too. you give me hope i'll continue to do exciting stuff after i have this baby too. diversification , that's the stuff. what languages do you speak?

Bleuravin · 16/01/2009 20:40

mumble- yeah just post whenever; it can be a lot to catchup on, but just respond to the last couple if need be. It's about supporting each other and offering new ideas.

BabyBolat · 16/01/2009 20:40

Frekkles I don't know, leave the house at 6.30 and get back at 8 - am kind of running on adrenalin at the moment as work is so manic but have organised to stay up in London next week as I have such horrible week ahead and will cut out on the commute.

Boffin you are one of those people that will look back on your life when you are old and retired and you will be so very very proud of yourself and the things you have achieved. As for your DS, I was NEVER EVER pushed by my parents and as a result did things because I wanted to do it or loved it - and did really well at school, went to grammar school for sixth form and entered and left with better grades than everyone else there (especially those who were pushed and dropped out half way through) GOD I SOUND SO BIGHEADED! - Am not promise!! and really loved and did well in music and sport - my point is, sure DS will do so much better than these other shiny shoe kids in the long run because what he does, he will do for himself!!!

Bleuravin · 16/01/2009 20:41

swaliswan- do you have a dog?

BabyBolat · 16/01/2009 20:43

Swaliswan

The washing wont do itself but it will wait until tomorrow!!

Ooooh frekkles, I really want a turkish bath! DH and I are hoping to go to visit family for three weeks in the summer and I intend to have LOTS of Turkish baths...

Swaliswan · 16/01/2009 20:43

No, no pets. DD is very scared of dogs atm. But, she was also very scared of an empty bucket this evening

BabyBolat · 16/01/2009 20:46

I have vanilla and the fruit creme carte d'or if anyone wants (and some rather yucky frozen yogurt that apparently tastes just as good as ice cream - IT DOESN'T) and I have flakes to crumble over the top!!!!

frostyfrekkles · 16/01/2009 20:46

aw bless , being scared of an empty bucket! that made me smile swali and making me smile today is of far more use than doing your dishes so i think you should stay here and carry on!

and nutty, merlin is what I've been calling my bump. cheers for the icecream . ho hum berry doo dah. feckity feck feck

Bleuravin · 16/01/2009 20:47

I still have cheesecake left and the truffles...

BabyBolat · 16/01/2009 20:47

I also have FAB lollies, those fruit split things and I think there might even be some mars ice creams in the very back (ice cream helped me ALOT during the first three months!!!)

BabyBolat · 16/01/2009 20:49

Ooh Bleu, I really really want your cheesecake, tis my favourite thing in the world - LOVE those deep american style cheesecakes!!!

Swali LOL at the empty bucket - they are quite scary!! Can't wait for moments like that!!!

Have a good night.
Hugs frekkles and everyone else needing a little extra support.

Swaliswan · 16/01/2009 20:53

I've run the washing up water and put some pots in to 'soak' whilst I chat with you.

I'm really hungry and can't decide what to eat. I've already had two of the chocolate fairy cakes that I made with DD yesterday.

Bleuravin · 16/01/2009 20:53

I'll leave out the cheesecake for you all.
Night.

Yes you can Oh frekkles, you SO need to move - even id just for the junk food!!! I do love pumpkin seeds tho but right now not as much as I love the carte D'Or!

Nutty I know - I actually have 2 doctors appointments the week after next so will be at home a bit more and am going to just make sure I get a full check up as am pretty convinced all these pains and problems over the past couple of days are linked to the tiredness and stress levels at work!) am going to speak to my bosses about cutting back on hours from Feb and working from home more to cut out the commute which will make a major difference!

KittyCatIsGettingFat · 16/01/2009 20:55

I'm here Frekkles! We don't have a freezer so no ice cream either BUT I do have some Quality Streets left over from Xmas and some Nutella on toast... will that help? XXX
