Tell you what, this is doing my ego no end of good. All these glam TV types and Hollywood stars.

SpringySunshine · 05/01/2009 19:55

Yes, I see the Michelle Pfeiffer thing too! You have a Kate Humble / Michelle Pfeiffer cross thing going on!

BabyBolat · 05/01/2009 19:58

I think it's an amalgamation of all of these lovely people.

Springy, I think we need some more pics of you - other than your enviable flat tummy and lovely dress!! Seeing as you started all this...

SpringySunshine · 05/01/2009 19:59

I actually don't have any on this computer because it all got wiped a few weeks ago when my laptop was broken. Will scour Facebook, hang on.

The 90s fashion alone makes this worth posting

BabyBolat · 05/01/2009 20:04

Wow springy that is AMAZING!!!

Just think you will have a male version of that in a few years!!!

Well considering how messy the house is I'll need as much time as I can get...plus I'm a horrible procrastinator. ;) So nesting already or not I still won't get done before the baby is born I'm sure.

BabyBolat · 05/01/2009 20:06

Nutty, how old is your DD?

KittyCatIsGettingFat · 05/01/2009 20:07

OMG!!! I've just checked out the Healthcare Commission assessment of the maternity services at Epsom Hospital, where I'll most likely be delivering, and they're APPALLING...

here it is - scary stuff!

what do I do?? I can't change hospitals now can I - and anyway, there isn't another one nearby! I'm panicking!

Boo hoo I want a homebirth... maybe I should... bugger the neighbours...

PS do you like my new name?? tee hee...

BabyBolat · 05/01/2009 20:09

Check out the headbands (I'm the one with the Green Goblin!!!)

here

SpringySunshine · 05/01/2009 20:09

Me & 2 friends in 2006(!)

When I was recovering from the mumps & still decided to go out to watch the rugby World Cup final

SpringySunshine · 05/01/2009 20:10

Oops, forgot to move the 2nd one to another server... Not sure if you'll be able to see it. Here it is just in case.

BabyBolat · 05/01/2009 20:11

Oh KittyCat, hmmm, have you been for a tour of the hospital - that might put your mind at rest then you can speak to the MW and ask her about the report and why it was so bad. My friend's ex wife gave birth at Epsom and they were ok!

If you want a homebirth - go for it - tis your baby!

PS love the new name!!

SpringySunshine · 05/01/2009 20:13

Haha, amazing is one word I think I was told to smile nicely for the camera &, of course, couldn't do that sensibly Lord knows what my parents were thinking letting me walk around dressed like that though!

KittyCat (nice new name!), I wouldn't not have a home birth just because of the neighbours... Do whatever's right for you! It's you having the baby!

& BB, I can't see that Facebook photo because we're not 'friends'

This is my hospital - I hadn't really thought to check out the official ratings online, but I'm quite pleased. (That's not meant to sound smug, by the way, I'm just surprised that something's gone right!)

SpringySunshine · 05/01/2009 20:18

Hmmmmmmm, I don't know Nutty... I don't know that I want you shown to the world as my 'friend'...

Of course it's okay

BabyBolat · 05/01/2009 20:28

I speak to you lot more than anyone else at the moment so think it is ok to be friends now!!

Have put the goblin pic on my photos!!

BabyBolat · 05/01/2009 20:30

This is mine - yay - sorry not rubbing it in Kitty, just didn't know you could do it before!!!
