sponge - you'll have an amazing experience. I think trusting someome that's with you is key rather tha being left for ages in a bed alone. men are pretty useless too.

i really believe the baby should be put straight on your chest..crucial for successful breast feeding. this doesn't happen in iinterventionist births and it's wrong
