*pictures* Newborns nappy (should I be concerned)

Hi all,
I have a 5 week 3 day old baby and uk until yesterday they were doing 1 poo sometimes daily sometimes every other day.
Yesterday we've pooed with every nappy change and it's a yellow/loose/watery like consistency but it's seedy too.
He's formula feed.
He's fine in himself. No temperature, he's happy, sleeping well, feeding well.

If it’s one day and as you say, there’s no temperature avd they seem fine, I wouldn’t be too concerned at this point.

Does baby have jaundice?

Hi OP, if you contact your GP/out of hours they usually provide a link to upload a photo for a clinician to review. I’m sure everything is fine, but at such a young age, definitely consult a dr or hp to check. Glad he is otherwise okay in himself. Just out of curiosity, any changes with formula recently?
