I brought the Ziko Herbie last November for the birth of my daughter and we found faults with it straight away, but as I loved it I put up with them. The handle would fall down as I was walking and when it rained the front wheels didn?t move very well and I got stuck on the road one night as I couldn?t get the front wheels to turn so couldn?t get off the curb. It all came to a head when I was getting off the bus in April (I had only had the pram 5 months) and the chassis snapped and the pushchair hit the floor with my daughter in it, thankfully she wasn't hurt. I took the pram straight back to mamas and papas where I told them that I wanted a full refund as I had no confidence In the product, they offered to give me a loan as they would have to send It off for testing but I said that I brought the pram as a travel system so if they couldn?t give me another Herbie then there wasn?t any point. It was then that the operations manager made some calls and got us the full refund that we were after. We have had so many problems with stuff from mamas and papas now that I have decided that I won?t be shopping there again.
