This is very Leicester specific but if you have a birth club, a mums with new-borns club, or any sort of mums with little ones club, I would heartily recommend the Phoenix Café Bar at the Phoenix Cinema, cultural quarter. They are so child friendly there; there is a good children's menu plus lots of vegetarian and vegan dishes. There are meeting rooms which can be booked or just meet in the very spacious Café Bar. The staff are so lovely. There are also LOTS of toilets and nappy changing areas.
