I've put on a stone already. That's 1lb a week! I know some of that will be fluid, extra blood and a tiny bit of baby, but blimey! I'm due to be a bridesmaid 1 months after birth so i need to slow down!

Confession time, make me feel better? Or worse?

I'm 15.3 weeks, and I've put on (cue hasty mental arithmatic)... 9lb. I think the recomendation is around 4lb in the first 12 weeks, but I have no idea beyond that. Maybe there's some information on the ideal weight gain week by week if you google it?

I wouldn't worry I'm not far behind. 10lb so far and going up rapidly. At least it will be worth it with baby at the end

I'm 12.3wks and have actually lost a stone due to the all-day nausea...

However, the nausea is easing off a bit now so I'm sure I will gain it all back

is it normal that ive only gained 2lb then? im 16weeks pregnant with twins and thought maybe my weight gain should be bigger even though ive got a huge bump!

I think around 5lb (at 14 wks), gone up to 9st exactly. Only gained 24lbs last time and would like to be the same this time - it was still hard to shift the last half stone! No nausea really for me and I think this is on the low-ish side.
