Hi- haven't seen one of these yet- may be a bit early!

Found out I am pregnant this week- obviously to early to tell anyone and not having more people thank just DH to talk too about it is driving me crazy!

This will be #2 but with a 15 year age gap 😬

Congratulations!! I'm in a similar position. I found out 2 weeks ago, I'm roughly 6 weeks now so way to early to tell people. I've told my mum and husband as they are the people I'd need support from if anything happend. This will be baby number 5 for us and a total surprise. It seems it doesn't matter what contraception we use we are just meant to keep having these babies!!

Congrats @Potter10!

Yes, we have decided we are going to have to tell my parents- we see them socially a lot, nearly always over a bottle of wine, so just not practical to not tell them. Everyone else can wait.

We were trying for about 6/7 cycles and I was just starting to think we should contact our GP, and the got BFP!

Hi,

I've just tested positive today!

Looking likely that a due date will be around late May/early June.

This is was our first cycle trying for baby number 2.

Congrats to you both :)

Sunray33 · 19/09/2023 14:53

Hello everyone,
Congratulations to you all. I tested positive on Sunday :) First pregnancy for us - due around 29th May. No real symptoms here other than feeling a little tired.

We're going to wait a few weeks before sharing news with close family so good to be able to share here!

Sunray33 · 27/09/2023 07:01

Sadly not this time for us. Experienced some bleeding from Sunday afternoon and having tested, now showing negative 😞

Wishing you all a healthy pregnancy and all the best over the coming weeks and months 💛

Hi All,

Found out a week ago that expecting with a May birth date. First one and I'm 37 so rather than feeling excited feeling quite nervous 😓 I think once first scan happens the excitement might set in!

Potter10 · 17/10/2023 14:56

So sorry to read this. Good luck for the future x

Momo88 · 22/10/2023 08:59

Hi ladies! 13 weeks here, first baby at 35, living in France. Have you had your first scans yet? X

Emsie86 · 23/10/2023 07:47

Morning! First scan not until 10th Novemeber counting down the days.

How have you all been feeling? I haven't had any vomiting but a lot of nausea but it's manageable.

Momo88 · 23/10/2023 09:13

Ah, good luck, @Emsie86 - that's exciting! Fingers crossed your nausea will go away soon. My nastier symptoms were gone by 11w.

Potter10 · 27/10/2023 19:37

I had mine yesterday. It's dated me a week ahead so actually 13 weeks today due may 2nd. My bump is HUGE, my normal trousers haven't fit for a few weeks now. I'm really shocked how big I've got this early on. I'm just thankful it's big coat season so I'm able to hide it on the school run but my husband kindly pointed out earlier that there's no chance I'll be able to hide after half term!!

nells3 · 19/11/2023 16:52

Hello everyone! I'm due 27th May 2024, baby number 2, already have a 3.5 year old. Feeling apprehensive as had a bit of a rollercoaster week, I had my 12 week scan and all was good, but then started bleeding later that day. I had to go to the early pregnancy unit the next day for another scan and was convinced I had lost it but the baby was still there with a strong heart beat and they couldn't find a reason for the bleeding. I'm no longer bleeding but it really unsettled me! Hope everyone is getting on ok xx
