Piles after giving birth

Hello!

I gave birth to a 9lbs 7 baby a week ago and today I woke up with one little lump around my bum which is piles! 😩
Any idea what to do to get rid of this?

Anusol. Buy disposable gloves and then put anusol on the gloved finger then smear onto the pile.
