looking for good antenatal classes in central / SE1 area...

Hi everyone,

I'm a first timer, baby is due beginning of august (so I'm now 15 weeks) & I'm really looking forward to attending a good antenatal class in my area (or my wider area) in london. The NCT one that I found near london bridge didn't appeal to me, because it's meant to be ran only on 2 'full' days... and I would prefer a more prolonged evening-classes antenatal course.

I've heard there are excellent antenatal courses around in London, but every search I do seems to come up with North London classes. So, was wondering if you have any ideas / suggestions / recommendations about good antenatal classes in my area? I live 5 minutes from Waterloo, so central london would work well, as well as areas near SE1, such as Vauxhall, London bridge, etc.

Thanks in advance!
Maria

Hi Maria, I used to live in SE1 but moved recently. I was scheduled to do NCT evening classes with Caroline Flint at Nine Elms Lane. I booked through the NCT, contact Alison Johnson on 020 8671 5763. I can't tell you what the classes are like because I cancelled my place when I moved, but she gets good reviews on www.london-se1.co.uk.
