Hey! I'm due #4 (#3 for DF) in Feb 2023. I've just got my BFP. This will be our only child together, and our last. I'm super excited to be here and would love to talk to other mamas at a similar stage.
My EDD based on LMP is 27th Feb, however 2 of my 3 children were overdue and so I'm expecting that will be the case this time.
Welcome :))

Happy pie, I had something similar with my son. I'm sure I worked it out that it would have been actually impossible to have got a BFP when I did. However at my dating scan, they only put me back a few days, rather than however many they did at my very early scan. I know it's easier said than done but I wouldn't put too much stock in that atm. Can you book another scan for a week or so? X

Morning ladies
@Nutellafromthejar Did you get your 3+ at the weekend?
@GoT1904 I agree it's so difficult not being able to tell people! I'm so glad I found this forum this time round - I feel like I can talk about what I'm going through with people who are all going thru the same thing which makes it easier and a little quicker actually! 🙂
It's so good that you're starting to get more symptoms - I think I'm still wondering if the fatigue is preggo symptoms or I'm just knackered lol. I'm getting a lot of twinges though which is worrying me more than anything but no severe cramping or red bleeding so holding onto that as a good thing for now 🤞🏼
@HappyPie82 Hope you're feeling better today. I know this can all be worrying but with the midwife seeing what the sac and yolk, its promising 🙂 and the dating this early is so up and down. I hope the next few weeks until the scan goes quick for you x

Hi all, I went for an early scan today at EPAU as I needed to see the consultant for an underlying condition that affects pregnancy. They scanned me which I was expecting. According to LMP I should be 6+1 and they expected to see a heartbeat which unfortunately they couldn’t as the baby was a lot smaller than they expected to see, however the pregnancy sac did measure accurately for 6 weeks. I have been given a leaflet about ‘unconfirmed viability’ and I’ve been booked in for another scan next week. I feel heartbroken. I feel in my gut that something is wrong, I did have food aversion and sore boobs but I have zero symptoms now. My dates are accurate as I have very regular periods and with the sac measuring accurately for 6 weeks I just wonder why the baby isn’t.
I’m sorry to offload like this, I feel so alone as I haven’t told anyone about the pregnancy except my DH and Mum. The doctor said it could just be too early and that my dates are wrong but she did then say the sac does measure 6 weeks.
A week feels such a long time to wait to find out, I guess unless I have bleeding sooner.
Hope everyone is doing ok.

@HappyPie82 @Ellswells3 keeping everything crossed for you guys. Hopefully it just means they’re closer to five than six weeks and next week you’ll see a heartbeat.
I went for an early scan and was put back a couple of days too. I expect the date will change again at 12 weeks - so not holding onto dates too much right now.
