Hello,
I am 11 +2 weeks and I am currently off sick yesterday and today, I have had a few other days since I found out.
I feel guilty, but generally feel so weak and nauseaus, although haven't been sick. I know I'm protected but I feel bad as before my pregnancy I had a lot of sick leave for thyroid issues and was put in to formal warnings in the past and struggled a lot.
Really hoping it settles a bit soon.

Anyone else had to take time off sick?

I work for the NHS in an admin role and my work is currently very stressful, we are understaffed and can't get things done. It doesn't help my situation.

I'm taking some time off currently as I'm struggling with the anxiety of it all. I'm only 5 +5 weeks pregnant, my last pregnancy ended in miscarriage at 10 weeks, although it was a missed miscarriage and the pregnancy hadn't developed passed week 5 or 6.
I've had some spotting and I just don't want to leave home right now. I've been very lucky as my boss has been very understanding as him and his wife have been through the same. I hate letting work down but I just want to burst into tears all the time and I'm scared I'll start miscarrying away from home. I'm hoping once I'm able to make an appointment I'll be able to get an early scan to find out what's going on.
