Good afternoon all. Looking for some advice please. I’m due my next period this weekend (23rd or 24th) but yesterday had cramping and bleed. Only 3/4 pad full then just blood present when wiping today. Feeling nausea and lower back pain for last few days. Should I do a pregnancy test now or wait til after the weekend? Thanks in advance.

I would do first date of your missed period so Saturday. But get a few test so if the first one is negative you can do on Monday/Tues if af doesn't arrive by then . All the best.
