Breastfeeding causing one breast to be larger

What can I do? I've tried feeding and pumping extra on that side but the other side gets engorged. I can't just leave it.

Any advice welcome from those who experienced the same?

Try to start a few feeds in a row on the smaller side, as your breasts respond to demand for milk.

I'm 13 months in and the left is 2 cup sizes bigger than the right 🙄 DS feeds from them both the same but makes no difference. I think I might just have broken boobs

Mine too. My baby just prefers one side. Hoping it will even out when I stop breast feeding but who knows!

Same here, right breast was more enlarged when I first started breastfeeding.
Now after 4 kids it's still a cup or 2 bigger (and firmer) than the other.
Wish I could afford surgery to make them equal. Grin

It seems to have resolved itself. Pumping extra on the smaller side brought up supply that side
