Pregnancy yoga in West Yorkshire??

Hi, Just wondering if anyone knows of any pregnancy yoga classes in the Wakefield/Leeds area? I am getting no where in finding any!

I've had no luck with finding pregnancy yoga or aqua-natal classes in Bradford or Leeds either

Its a nighmare isnt it! It doesnt seem to have caught on up north! My sister is in London and seems to be really enjoying her classes-its not fair!

If you're still looking for yoga classes - try the yoga space in Leeds.

Its on Meanwood Road - preg classes are thursday.

I'm still going at 35wks...the teacher's great

Naetha- this might be no help, depends which side of Bradford you are but Halifax Pool do aquanatal on thursdays, and at Elland there is Pregnancy Yoga 6.30-7.30- well, hopefully. Everyone else is nearly due so class might not keep running unless we get more bods! Not tried aquanatal but friend who hates swimming liked it, and yoga teacher is great.

there's a class in york on thurs, my friends were going. could ask your midwife to find out about it if there is nothing in your area.

I too have been looking for some antenatal exercise, im 25 weeks pregnant and feeling like I should do some exercise now.

Just found that South Leeds aqatics Centre do an antenatal/postnatal Pilates class on Monday between 10-11am and it costs £4

Also, more local to me, I found that Thhornes College Pool in Wakefield (01924 362804) do water based exercises every Tuesday night from 6-7pm. Sthis is run by a midwife and the pool will ring attendees up if the midwife has to cancel. This costs £3.20
