@TiredAllTheTime3000 I've not had the same sensations as you but I have had mild cramps. Maybe what your feeling is just things starting to stretch already as your body has been through this before already? Muscle memory im sure ?

TiredAllTheTime3000 · 05/12/2020 09:54

@muminatiz hopefully it's just that.. odd though.. I find it quite relieving when I pee or remove my underwear, almost like it's taking away some of the pressure. I was hoping for an early appt with the midwife but she won't see me until January... I'm also looking into an early scan but after Christmas. Congrats on your pregnancy

Dollydulcie · 05/12/2020 10:24

@JustMouse My other half is forces also (sorry presuming forces). With our first it was very similar. However when he came back he made up for it. You will know yourself though how things get misinterpreted with the comma when they are away. Think it’s different when they can actually see for themselves. Welcome to @PurplePops and @TiredAllTheTime3000. All this baby dust is exciting:) x

JustMouse · 05/12/2020 15:29

@TiredAllTheTime3000 - I know what you mean. I was trying to explain this to my sister yesterday, but she looked at me like I was mad. I haven't had it today though.

@Dollydulcie - yep, bless him. Not sure if him being away at the moment at the moment will be a blessing or not. But should any sickness kick in, at least I won't have to worry about cooking him meals etc. Due back end of March at the moment but that could change.

GoodBurger · 05/12/2020 16:55

Hi all! I’d love to join you if that’s ok?

I got my BFP yesterday, no real symptoms yet though. My AF isn’t actually due until Monday so it’s very early days for me. If all goes well I should be due around 16th August :)

katiemc89 · 05/12/2020 16:58

Hi all, can I (very cautiously and tentatively) join? I found out yesterday that we are expecting number 2. I suffered a missed miscarriage in July, I wasn’t expecting it at all. With our last I had people I told but one of those had a molar pregnancy the month after I miscarried and the other is also ttc so I need to wait to see how it has gone for her this month before sharing my news. So it’s just me and partner who know for now.

muminatiz · 05/12/2020 18:11

@GoodBurger congratulations!
I think i may be roughly the same due date as you. A couple of apps are telling me slightly different but I reckon 14th or 15th May be a accurate.
Are you feeling anything at all yet?

muminatiz · 05/12/2020 18:13

@katiemc89 congratulations !
Sorry to hear about your miscarriage. Im keeping quiet just now too but I'm finding it very hard as I want to talk to someone other than my partner.

GoodBurger · 05/12/2020 18:47

@muminatiz not really. I am feeling quite tired but have other children so that could be why!

Do you have any DC? Smile

Scooter89 · 05/12/2020 20:07

@muminatiz it’s so hard having to keep it all in. I think keeping it quiet dampens the excitement a bit as well. You can always talk to me about it Smile (I changed my username, didn’t want anyone being able to guess it was me lol)

Calia456 · 05/12/2020 20:20

I found out a few days ago. BFP with my first!

Due 8th of August going by estimates and feeling crampy/ like my period is on its way!!

I feel like this too so not wanting to get my hopes up!
muminatiz · 05/12/2020 21:40

@GoodBurger im feeling really tired today for the first time. I also have another child. She is almost 4 and has been getting up through the night for months so that won't help lol
Apart from that my boobs hurt and feeling a bit sick. Nothing major though. I feel like it's a bit more real when I can feel some sort of symptoms.
How old are your children?

muminatiz · 05/12/2020 21:43

@Scooter89 I know what you mean. Keeping it quiet whilst starting to experience symptoms is hard. Good job we are hardly going out now due to the pandemic. Aw thank you :) same here, feel free to message for a chat anytime 😊

Sewingbea09 · 05/12/2020 22:00

Hi everyone, can I join too? Will be 6 weeks tomorrow with a due date of 1/08. Second baby but previously lost one at 15 weeks so feeling apprehensive and like most of you, constantly checking! Have really tender boobs and slight nausea but doing okay so far. Tiredness is on a whole other level but with a 2 year old to run around after it could just be that 😅 Congrats to everyone. Exciting (albeit scary!) times ahead x

Dollydulcie · 06/12/2020 07:07

@Threecouldbefour how did the scan go? I am spotting and starting to panic. X

Dollydulcie · 06/12/2020 07:10

@Donnat89 sorry not @Threecouldbefour about the scan x

Serg · 06/12/2020 07:38

Good morning everyone,

I recently found out I’m pregnant with no3, I will be 4wks tomorrow so due mid-August.

I have very tender boobs and light cramping but otherwise feel (surprising after last 2 pregnancies!) great!!

I hope everyone is doing ok and we can all stick around to welcome our summer babies 🤞

Threecouldbefour · 06/12/2020 08:04

Hi @Dollydulcie

How are you today? Has the spotting subsided? Hope you're ok.

I have been so busy the last few days that I've missed the messages on here. Lots of new people which is nice.

I had one moment yesterday when I was cooking where I felt really nauseous but thankfully it passed. I've had morning sickness really badly in 2 out of 3 pregnancies and I'm praying not to have it this time. I want to be able to enjoy my Christmas lunch!

@Donnat89 How did your scan go? Hope all is well. It's such a nerve wracking time - and like others have said, you just want to share it with people!

Hope everyone has a nice weekend. I've got a blissful few hours to myself this morning so I'm going to try to be productive and get some wrapping done! X

Hi all
I'm 6 weeks, due 1st August. The nausea and sickness has kicked in this week, I had it really bad with my first and was signed off for most of it so really hoping it's not as bad this time!

Congratulations on everyone's pregnancies!

namechangedformyBFP · 06/12/2020 18:58

Hi everyone. I hope it's ok if I join 😊

Got a BFP yesterday for my (hopeful) 3rd. Had 2 miscarriages between 1 and 2 so fingers crossed it's plain sailing.

How is everyone doing?

Dollydulcie · 07/12/2020 03:19

@Threecouldbefour it didn't work out this time. :(

Good luck to all you lovely ladies. X

Serg · 07/12/2020 06:58

I’m so sorry @Dollydulcie, much love xx

Threecouldbefour · 07/12/2020 07:17

@Dollydulcie so sorry to hear this sad news. Hope you are bearing up ok and being looked after xxx
