Bleeding at 7 weeks pregnant

Hi, I’m currently 7 weeks pregnant and started bleeding earlier today. It started as a tiny little clot looking thing, then went pink and now looks like the picture attached (apologies in advance) I’m so worried, my doctors aren’t open over the weekend and I haven’t got a midwife yet... can anyone offer any advice?? I did have sex this morning, and everything was fine? I don’t know if this could have something to do with it? Thank you

Any chance you can ring 111 and seek advice? Not sure what the best advice is really but I hope others come along and help.
