Tummy bandage?

I recently heard that it's best to wear a tummy bandage after birth. Have you used one? What brand/type?

I got a postpartum belt off amazon to use a few days after birth when the heavy bleeding reduces however I have read mixed reviews so I’m a bit unsure now
