Hi,
I am a Mother of two and am a qualified Aerobics Instructor and Personal Trainer. I am considering starting up an Aerobics class for all those pregnant women in the area (Watford/Hemel). I am actually looking for feedback from people who attend a class at the moment, where it is and whether you think its any good.
When I was pregnant with my second child I noticed a real shortage in Aerobics type classes and am just curious as to whether anyone is interested....
I am qualified to teach pregnant women and obviously have two children myself so understand the issues that some Mums-to-be have.
I'd be really interested in any comments - good or bad!

I think an aerobics class for PG women who already have a good level of fitness would be great. The only pre natal aerobics class I went to was so boring and slow - as if it was meant for people who had never exercised in their lives.

I'd second what PQ has said, I do an aqua-natal class but wish it was a little bit harder. What I'd love is an antenatal class that takes into account that I'm pg so doesn't stretch bits that shouldn't be stretched, but that actually makes me break a decent sweat and leaves me feeling like I've actually worked out.
