New Dads - in your 40s?

Sorry, newbie and probably dropped this in the wrong place. Had the good news, even though we're in our 40s and lost a baby a year ago. Question - I know the grand sum of sweet FA about this. Was expecting to be chatting to the NHS and classes etc. But of course, these weird times have put an end to all of that. My question - with that support removed, who do you actually talk to for education, lessons, trying to work out what the heck you're meant to do etc?

I’m not a dad but didn’t want to read and run! There’s a dadsnet topic on here, you could try and ask there? We did NCT (pre-pandemic) and that was a great way to meet other mums and dads to be.

You could also try Mush. That's good for getting to know other expectant parents within your local area.
