Afternoon tea- mums get together

Hi everyone,
I wanted to post here as I'm in the process of creating an event for pregnant women and mums-to-be, to empower these women to their role as mothers.
London is made of a plurality of people coming from everywhere in the world (well, mostly from European countries if I'm honest😊). I am myself coming from France.
And having a baby in the UK when you're coming from somewhere else can be a bit daunting, you don't know how the "system works", you're trying to find similarities with what you know from home. You don't understand everything because of the language "barrier" and adding to that, the excitement of becoming a mother gets added to this unknown new world.
I want to organize an afternoon tea which will happen on February 8th in West London, where already mums who had their baby in the UK, would meet mums to be (pregnant or having had a baby recently) originally from the UK and other countries. The idea of this get together would be first of all to share a good treat, but also for the women to share their experience, socialize and create a safe place where everyone would be open and not feeling judged.
To make this event happen, I'm looking for a venue. And I'd like to keep the price down to allow as many mums as possible to attend.
Would someone have an idea for a venue for my event. I have 2 options: use a cafe/ hotel which offers afternoon tea or get a church hall or similar and get the tea catered. Would you please share your ideas, contacts to make the event happen?

Many thanks in advance!
