Clubs in Staffordshire

Hi, I'm a new mum! And want to know about clubs in the Stafford (Staffordshire) area myself and my newborn can go too.

mums, bums and tums class runs on a Monday, 1.30-2.30pm, in Walton. Its a class where you exercise with your baby (workouts involving the pram etc) and there is a chance to socialise with other mums in the class. the next set of classes starts in september so you can sign up by following the link to the website.

there are also baby music classes which run from newborn to 6 months old in stafford, which other parents have said really relaxes the baby
