Christmas Babies! ... Due Late December 2019

Hi! Just got my BFP! So excited, ttc for 5 months & will be our first. Due date is 20th December! Thought I'd start a thread for those of us expecting around Christmas! :-D

Tentatively joining 🤞 tested positive yesterday at 12dpo (and tested about 10 times since 🙈) due date 27th December. This will be my second my little girl turns 2 tomorrow.

I'm in! Due 23rd Dec if all goes well 🤞 This will be my second as well, although I have a big age gap.

By my dates I will be Christmas eve. Its exciting Christmas is my fave time of year.

Hey fellow mums to be..we are expecting 27th dec 2019.its my first, so this is all new to me! Still getting used to the abbreviations on this site! Lol
Trying not to get too excited til 12 week stage but I am so so happy.

Does anyone else feel bloated / very thirsty especially at night / hot &sweaty at night ?

Hello! Can I join? Congratulations to you all! I got a BFP yesterday, not sure when i’m due, could be late December, could be early January. How do I find out?
So excited but also scared as I have no idea what to do now! I’ll ring the doctors when they open on Tuesday!

I downloaded pregnancy + app which worked it out for us. It's so good and informative .

I’ve been getting very thirsty too, you forget about little things like that from the first time round! I’m exhausted too but this heat won’t be helping that.

The pregnancy + app is really good I would definitely recommend it, I used it to track everything when I had my little girl

I am 6 weeks pregnant with my first! Due around 20th Dev. @Riri123 I have found myself really thirsty too and will often wake up in the night needing a wee but also having a really dry mouth! I've also been experiencing really bad cramps and so I've been booked in for an early scan next week. Has anyone else been getting bad cramps? I'm so excited though and Christmas will be very different this year! x

@pennyblossom I’ve been getting cramps too, feels just like period cramps it’s horrible. I remember I had them with DD until I was around 15 or 16 weeks gone though so it is normal.

Hi everyone! I'm due 3rd jan but I'll definitely be a planned csection so I guess that takes me to the 27th Dec! Always said Christmas is the worst time to have a baby.. but I'm soooooo excited!!

Currently my due date is at 27th December ... first baby & first round of IVF! Had an early scan today and saw a heartbeat 💗

Hi ladies hope everyone is well!

I started spotting today. I'm exactly 9 weeks today.
Have slight period like pain/cramps. Went to gp and I have pregnancy assessment this Sunday.

Has anyone else had spotting? I'm so anxious..been crying on and off today.i just hope everything is ok.

@Riri123 I had heavy bleeding with cramps at 6 weeks and all was fine so I have my fingers crossed for you xx

Had the scan and everything is fine! Baby is healthy and even gave us a wave! I'm so happy. Also , I'm a day or two earlier then expected..so perhaps a Christmas Day baby or Boxing Day. X

@Riri123 that's great news!! I think my date is still 27th but I'd like it between 12th-14th 😂🙈 not sure I'll get my wish!

I've still got lots of dark "spotting" intermittently which is grim but at least it seems to be nothing to worry about! Can't wait for next scan! X

I hope you’re having a great week. Thanks for having me here. I’m due with my first on Boxing Day, am 10 weeks today, still can’t quite believe it! Very happy with being pregnant for sure. Some symptoms are rubbish though. I’ve had spotting too @NapsAndTea and @Riri123 and have a scan now a little earlier at the early pregnancy assessment unit on weds. So glad you guys are doing amazingly.

Hey all hope you’re all really well. Unfortunately I had a miscarriage. Im gutted but Hubs and work are being so supportive. As I’m 10/11 weeks I’ve got some options with what to do. Wishing you all the very best.
