I’m due December 15th 😊

Bab1990 · 22/04/2019 08:14

Morning ladies. Hope your all ok? Im 7 weeks today and still have had no sickness what so ever, ive felt nauseous but thats it. Now my mind is going into overdrive😔

MrsS7 · 22/04/2019 09:25

Would like to join, I’m expecting my first on December 7th so I’m currently 7+2 Smile
@Bab1990 I have been the same as you, I had a bit of nausea in week 4 and then it came back again at week 6, but nothing horrendous and no sickness. I’m a worrier so when it’s not there my mind goes into overdrive too, but from what I’ve read it is normal for some women to not have it at all, or for symptoms to come and go. I’m trying to remind myself that I’m still having other symptoms (breast tenderness, food aversions etc.), and I have a reassurance scan this week so I’m really hoping that will set my mind at rest a bit. Try not to worry!

Bab1990 · 22/04/2019 09:38

Thank you @MrsS7 thats put my mind at rest a little. I have googled it and have read other women saying the same so im feeling a bit better now knowing im not the only one🙂 Im just going to keep thinking im one of the lucky ones that doesnt get sickness but im still going to be worried till we have our 12 week scan. Thank you💐

Pocopearl3 · 22/04/2019 23:16

Hi I’m due on 30/12, baby number 4. I’m freaking out a little as this was not our plan

trishaG · 23/04/2019 01:11

@Pocopearl3 congratulations! I know you may be freaking out but just think how blessed you are to have another child☺️

I know we are, but 4 children 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ 🤣 I’m sure we should have learnt by now, how this keeps happening... can’t wait for the ‘don’t you have a tv’ comments to continue 🤦‍♀️

Hi ladies, I'm sneaking into this group with a December 31st due date! Nothing like that for a NYE, right?

I can’t quite believe it, but I qualify for this group now! Got a BFP last night after testing negative the first day of my missed period! I’m in shock a little as for some reason I was convinced that I would never be able to get pregnant and it actually happened on our second month of trying... Confused I think I’m as shocked at that as I am about actually being pregnant.

Online calculators show a due date of Dec 27th. No Buck’s Fizz for me this Christmas...

Congratulations to everyone else!

gwenneh · 26/04/2019 11:12

^^ I can't quite believe I'm here either, at age 39, now expecting #3 which is apparently due December 29.

V. freaked out and DH looks completely poleaxed.

Bab1990 · 26/04/2019 13:10

Welcome ladies🙂
Congratulations👶🏻👶🏻

Toss · 26/04/2019 18:18

@TrishaG I've started with the pregnacare max ones. I know not everyone gets on with them, but thought I may as well.

trishaG · 26/04/2019 19:17

Thanks @Toss

leomama81 · 27/04/2019 11:09

I'm going to book a private early scan as I'm just so anxious - does anyone have any recommendations on clinics? I'm in London.

Thank you! 🙏

TheLetterOfTheLawTheLetter · 27/04/2019 14:37

Leomama I used ultrasound direct, both last time and in the week just gone. Lots of different locations Smile

leomama81 · 27/04/2019 15:32

Thank you @TheLetterOfTheLawTheLetter!

Bab1990 · 28/04/2019 08:57

@leomama81 Should have a look on wowcher & groupon as they do deals for early scans🙂
@Iamneverfull Congratulations👶🏻

leomama81 · 28/04/2019 09:18

Thanks @Bab1990, good idea!

Bab1990 · 03/05/2019 20:43

Hey ladies. How is everyone feeling? @leomama81 have you had your early scan? Xx

leomama81 · 03/05/2019 21:02

Hey @Bab1990, thanks for asking - no I didn't in the end as I was told there was a possibility they might not pick up a heartbeat yet depending on position of baby etc and decided if they didn't it would just worry me too much!

I had my booking appointment today and talked to the midwife about it and basically my fears of a silent miscarriage as a couple of my friends have had them (during IVF though) and she was quite reassuring and said silent miscarriages are more unusual when jt's not IVF and I would likely know if there was something wrong. So that made me feel a bit better! Still can't wait till the 12 week scan though - 3 weeks today.

How are you doing?
