Feels daunting to be responsible for DC1 at the same time as being pregnant never mind the newborn stage

I had really bad MS with DC1, nausea and vomiting all day long through 1st and 2nd trimesters. Looking back I was an idiot not to contact the GP. Someone told me "pregnancy is not an illness" and it really screwed me over. It was the main reason I held off TTC. This time around I will definitely not be suffering in silence!

So dreading the onset of MS but overall excited to add to our little family!

How was your first pregnancy and what will you do differently this time if anything?
