Good morning,

I'm completely clueless when it comes to raising a baby! I know the hospital offers ante natal classes, but no idea what's covered and also where to find extra help.

I'm in Carlisle and there's nothing offered but the NCT; any local mums recommend anywhere?

The NCT Classes should cover the first few weeks with your new baby and this book is good too.

If you want information on what’s close to you though, ou might be better posting in MN Local Smile
