antenatal exercise classes in Surrey?

Does anyone know of any antenatal (pilates/cardio/aquanatal - anything really!) operating in Surrey. I live near Epsom and am havign a nightmare tring to find any classes for pregnant ladies (Im 16 weeks) Any help would be greatly appreciated ladies!!!

Doesn't Epsom Hospital run some? Or try your local NCT branch or midwife if you've got one yet. What about the David Lloyd? Or Rainbow Leisure Centre? Further field the Malden Centre may run something.

Dorking sports centre has aquanatal classes on a Monday and Thurs.

Have you tried asking the midwife? Or maybe rainbow leaisure centre in Epsom? I never went to any, but I live in Epsom when I had my first child, and I think some of my mummy friends used to go to Rainbow.

I too am looking in vain for an antenatal pilates class in This area or outside it: Sutton, Banstead, Reigate.. so if you do find out about any please let me know!

I go to Ruth Armes' antenatal yoga classes in New Malden and there are several women who catch the train from Epsom to come too.

Hi Everyone i am hoping someone can help.

I was given a number to call for antenatal classes by my midwife but i can never get through to anyone i always get an naswering machine and i have left so many messgaes invain.

Are the excercise clasees you have all kindly mentioned a seperte thing from the antenatal classes the midwife suggests we take, apologies if this is a stupid question but i am so confused!!
