Due Christmas Day!

By my calculations I was due 22 Dec but the scan said 25 Dec!! Anyone else?! Doesn't worry me but DD age 5 might be a bit put out that her Xmas will be different from usual - and as for the baby, are there any upsides for him/her?

Only about 5% of babies are born on their due dates. Even with a scan it is still only an "estimated" due date.

Did your DD come on her due date, before, or after? Sometimes there is a family pattern for early or late babies (mine were 10 days and 12 days past their due dates respectively) although this doesn't always hold true.

DD came 1 day after due date - but in fact went into labour on the due date!
TBH I'm excited to be pregnant regardless although not enjoying some of the physical discomfort I seem to have conveniently forgotten about! At 12 weeks feeling quite "heavy" down there like things are pressing where they shouldn't. I'm not showing yet tho which is a blessing.
