New thread for those ladies due in February 2019. As there is so many of us though we could do with a roll call. If I start hopefully the next can cut and paste and we can have a list of everyone!

Maxiflump1. Age 37. DC#2 (DS is 3) EDD 07/02/19

@Sugarmonkey. Good luck x

TheTittifersHaveSungTheirSong · 24/06/2018 12:11

Oh @maxiflump1 I'm sorry but this made me laugh!! Oh the glamours of pregnancy!!

Since2016 · 24/06/2018 12:18

So confused! Is this a separate group to the other one???

Babybeany · 24/06/2018 12:19

@maxiflump1 oh dear! Well done for picking up the poop!🤣

Fx for tomorrow @Sugarmonkey
Keep us all updated. X

I’m feeling ok today. Most symptoms have subsided, still have tingling nips and I’m just getting tired as the day goes on. I’ve noticed that lots of people’s symptoms are subsiding after the first couple of weeks. I’m 6 weeks tomorrow. It was a year ago tomorrow that we found out we were expecting last year. We mmc’d at 6-7 weeks so hopefully we have more luck this year. I have a pretty good feeling about this one though. Happy Sunday mummies! I hope the sun is shining on you all x

Alicejj8x · 24/06/2018 13:34

@Babybeany
Your right I've read a lot on here about peoples
Symptoms going around this stage so hopefully it's just either us getting used to them or they are calming down not that I even had them that bad

Hopefully everything is fine for you! Xx

Yakadee · 24/06/2018 14:12

@byanyothernamerose - I wouldn't worry. Everyone is different but I think the placenta starts to take over around 8 weeks so symptoms (will hopefully) subside. I'm 7+6 so hoping I'm right behind you x

hayley013 · 24/06/2018 14:17

I'm feeling a lot better from yesterday too, nausea definitely settled a little, hope it doesn't come back with a vengeance 😳 xx

hayley013 · 24/06/2018 14:17

Its been a busy weekend too, so me being me, is putting it down to being busy. Now I've finished all my jobs I'm wandering around the house looking for things to do in case it comes back 😂 xx

bubblybrit · 24/06/2018 15:45

@Camsie30. I’m nowhere near Harley Street so will be going to a clinic recommended by my midwife. My friend also used this clinic when she was pregnant so at least I have a professional and personal recommendation!

FrowningFlamingo · 24/06/2018 16:37

Good luck tomorrow sugarmonkey

I was out at an event with my in laws all day today. I'm really glad we've already told them as I couldn't walk for more than a couple of hours at a time without feeling shit so we had to keep sitting down for a drink! Not like me at all. I'm finding it strange that I can feel absolutely fine one minute then grotty ten minutes later!

MorayRose · 24/06/2018 16:45

Hi everyone. I’m new on here. Got a positive test on Thursday after our 2nd round of IVF. I was convinced it hadn’t worked as I’d had brown discharge - 3 tests later - all positive!!

Clinic says I’m classed as 4 weeks so will get a scan 9th July at 7 weeks.

Can’t really get my head round it. It’s been such a rollercoaster. I know I should be delighted but I am so scared. I don’t know how I’m going to cope with being pregnant. My anxiety is through the roof. Have had bouts before but thought it was under control - I was obviously wrong as I’ve got that knot in my stomach and I’m constantly thinking the worst.

Anyway seems I’m due around 27th Feb so can I join?

somethingfromnothing · 24/06/2018 17:35

Really struggling today at 6+2. Was sick this morning and have had horrendous nausea all day long. Boobs still agony. But when I went to toilet just now I had a bit of spotting. Totally freaking out now. Have scan booked for Friday but it seems a long way until then

Babybeany · 24/06/2018 18:01

Welcome aboard @MorayRose congratulations x

@somethingfromnothing I have read that spotting can happen when the yolk gets replaced by the placenta. You are around that mark too. Fx for Friday. Hope all goes well xx

hayley013 · 24/06/2018 18:55

Congratulations @MorayRose and welcome!

@somethingfromnothing I've read that it can happen throughout various stages of first trimester when things are changing so much. Hopefully the week flies over for you xx

Jeshka07 · 24/06/2018 19:47

Hello im Jess 27 and roughly about 8 weeks. I have my first drs appointment tomorrow and a little anxious. Can anyone advise what i might expect?!? Thanks xx

AliceRR · 24/06/2018 19:57

@jeshka07 are you going to gp or midwife? I went to the gp after my BFP only to find he didn’t do v much. Asked when my last period was due and referred me to MW. My first MW appointment is in 3 weeks.

Jeshka07 · 24/06/2018 20:00

@AliceRR to the gp... i didnt think that it would be much tomorrow but just anxious about lots of things as its my first pregnancy so not sure what to expect with anything!!

Alicejj8x · 24/06/2018 20:06

@Jeshka07 congrats :)

With both my last two pregnancies my gp will check for pregnancy with their preg test I think just for their records and then ask a few questions refer to MW & do blood pressure

Koalatom1 · 24/06/2018 20:07

I had no idea there were 2 Feb 2019 threads 🙈
Has a fb group been talked about on this thread? I set one up on the other one and so if anyone wants to join - DM me! There’s a few ladies on there.

Or if unsure, can always join post 12 week scan 😀

My details: EDD 2 Feb, 3rd baby!

Jeshka07 · 24/06/2018 20:13

@Alicejj8x Thank you :) ive done 3 tests myself so hopefully defo pregnant lol i was not quite believing the first one!! I'm having aches and cramps on and off but today... pretty much feeling normal... have been really tired though.. napping in the day which i would never normally do!!

jeanzbeanz · 24/06/2018 20:13

After a week of eating only beige bland food, tonight I decided I fancy a curry 🤔 so we got one from the local Indian. Enjoyed it, but hoping I don't regret it later! Not quite the same without a big glass of wine though!

I've had another day of doing zilch - got up at 11, had a shower, ate some cereal, sat outside for a couple of hours. Felt so exhausted I got into bed and slept from 2:30-5. Had my curry and now feeling ready for bed again... 😥

Alicejj8x · 24/06/2018 20:32

@Jeshka07
Hahaa I am defo sure you are hun I think my gp just likes to put it down on the notes that it was positive with one of their tests if you get me.

Ahhh yeh I had aches and cramps too Hun and I've read it's very normal.
Also with you on the tiredness it just takes over doesn't it :)

How far did you say you was 8 weeks did I read?. Have you got any scans booked?

Xx

Jeshka07 · 24/06/2018 20:38

@Alicejj8x yeah 8 weeks from the due date calculators I've done. No scans booked or anything just going to go tomorrow and see what happens! Hopefully i can get them booked in soon. I'm a massive bit of a worrier so looking forward to the next few weeks going by quickly so i can feel a little more confident!! For some reason people keep telling me their negatove stories and they get stuck in my head!!

LookingAtTheStars89 · 24/06/2018 20:39

I have a scan at 12pm tomorrow and I couldn't be dreading it more. :-( My miscarriage that was almost 10 months ago now almost feels like it was last week. I don't know if I can go through that again :-(

Seafoodeatit · 24/06/2018 20:42

Welcome to the newcomers!

@LookingAtTheStars89 Good luck with your scan tomorrow, I hope it goes well for you. Flowers
