Its my due date tomorrow and im getting so frustrated i just want to cry, help please!!

relax ! drink raspberry leaf tea, bounce on a birth ball, and wait ! eat, sleep and drink and rest when you can....natural induction tips on here!

Oh no - as a first-timer I don't have any practical help or guidance - sorry. Hope everything goes well. Try not to fret, you'll need all your energy for your labour and LO in the coming days and weeks. Take care.

Aw lucy, I know how you feel

When DD was overdue it was AWFUL. Every day people would phone me "any signs?" and I'd grit my teeth and say, no not yet.

My Mum phoned me when I was 8 days overdue and asked if I was alright, I shrieked "no I'm not! People keep phoning me, this baby is NEVER going to come out and I'VE HAD ENOUGH"

Bless her, she was going shopping with my gran and they both rushed over to take me out to lunch

Everybody will tell you to rest while you can and believe me, its great advice

Thnak you, im just getting worked up its silly. I just feel i cant relax, im in limbo! and my midwife is rubbish, she said after two weeks she'll think about doing a sweep!

Go to the tea shop and hte BAR on here and cling to lulumama, she'll be better than your midwife!

I wish I'd had MN when I was pregnant.

Im getting the internet put in on wednesday im hoping to of had him by then but you never no do you!!

If its any help, my first two boys were both born on their due date - It does happen!!!

DD (the third) was 10 days late however .

If it comes and goes, that's what happens. Your baby will come when its good and ready. Try to relax and enjoy the anticipation. Pamper yourself, sleep and relax. And please remind me of this in 7 weeks time when i'm due!

If he's staying put, its becuase you are being such a good mummy and keeping him so snuggly he doesn't want to come out just yet. He's happy with it just being the two of you for now

I was lucky enough to be early, but I did keep busy - went into labour sanding down cot

It does, or it might start and you don't notice - first time I just felt a bit 'niggly' so mw examined me and I was 2cm.

Hello everyone, Yes this is my first baby! i went in on saturday night as i was worried about my legs they felt really swollen!!

I was hooked up to the monitor thingy and it showed contractions, not that i noticed. So the midwife examined me and i was 1 cm haha, so nothing really, but hey i though yay a start!! But nothing has happened since =[

I walked 6 miles yesterday, had two hot baths, ate pineapple and did the other thing twice and nothing =[ Im probably puching it too much!!

but then don't take any notice of me 10 weeks ago my DS (2nd baby) was born 13 days overdue and I was on here moaning every day for about 4 weeks!

lol, Im having a sweep on monday and then ill be booked for an induction if nothing has happened by then, i really hope he wants to come out over the weekend though!!!

My induction date is booked for this sunday.
