Pregnant after a miscarriage

Hi I’m pregnant for the 5th time. MC in Dec 2014, MMC in Aug 2015, DD born Dec 2016, another MC in Jan and now pregnant again at about 5 weeks.
I’m getting all stressed, upset, fed up all at once. I’m fearful that I will lose another baby and I don’t know if I will cope with another loss. Just had some more pink spotting and although I know that sometimes this can be okay (I had spotting with DD) I am still getting really upset.
Anyone else pregnant after a miscarriage that can help me to stay positive

Not currently pregnant but both my babies were born after miscarriages. It is very stressful and worrying. I had private scans with mine.
