I placed an order in early may and haven't received anything either. Money taken 2 days after order placed. No response to email and now I can't even get on their website.

littlepoos · 22/05/2007 14:04

Just sent an email to [email protected] threatening Trading Standards and criminal investigation. Probably will go unanswered judging by other peoples experiences, but worth a try. Is anyone else having probs getting onto the website?

ScottishMummy · 22/05/2007 14:19

sorry to hear rubbish stories and trouble u all having i will avoid this website

greedygreedyguzzler · 22/05/2007 16:24

Got a reply from the email within 24 hours asking for order number and they would look into it. Sent info yesterday, no reply yet. With postage, order came to £24, not much but then, not the point.

greedygreedyguzzler · 24/05/2007 10:50

where did you get tht email address from? is it the one on the website?

Hope everything is worth keeping. God knows what will happen in you try and return anything!!

kyala · 24/05/2007 16:59

Just checked out her feedback on Ebay, looks like she's been slacking a bit over the past month due to father passing on, still would've been an idea to send an email out with the receipt of payment letting people know of the delay though

littlepoos · 25/05/2007 14:28

Sorry, don't buy this one. People have been having bad service from her for months. If she can't fulfil the orders or customer service, she should withdraw the website.
Sent another demand for full refund today. Not prepared to wait for items as will probably be too late by then!

amidaiwish · 25/05/2007 14:42

what does it say on the Terms & Conditions on the website?
it is odd, (and bad imo) practice to debit the card before the goods are despatched.

littlepoos · 04/06/2007 10:53

HURRAY !!!!!

Finally, a result. I've been away for a week and upon my return I have had the full amount refunded to my account. So, I suggest if you're not getting anywhere and haven't received your order then you send an email to [email protected] quoting your order number and requesting a full refund threatening Trading Standards and legal action/referral to solicitor if no response within 48 hours.

This did the trick.

OK, I haven't got the things I ordered, but quite honestly, I'd rather go and spend a few pounds more at a reliable outlet!

Best of luck to the rest of you.

mistresstara · 04/06/2007 12:28

I still haven't had my order, the money was taken on 17/04, she replied to my email asking me to check with the sorting office, fob off I think! so I sent a reply demanding a refund, which I haven't had, so I have sent another email today saying I 've spoken to trading standards about her! and she had better refund within 7 days or my solicitor will be contacting her! so I had better get a refund!

littlepoos · 06/06/2007 13:43

Mistresstara - I hope you get your refund. If she claims she's sent the stuff to you, it's up to her to get the Post Office to track it as she's the only one who has/should have proof of postage! If she hasn't got this, then you should expect your refund.

mistresstara · 07/06/2007 11:24

no refund showing yet, and haven't had reply to my email either, will sent about 5 emails at once, she how she likes that!! haha

greedygreedyguzzler · 07/06/2007 11:37

how pg are you mistresstara? will you still need the clothes if they ever arrive?

have to say i have got my lovely knickers on today that i ordered from there and they were (almost) worth the wait!

26 weeks, I ordered a bump band, which I will probably still use while breastfeeding, and a baby towel, so if they come by xmas I may still use them!!

freddy53 · 24/07/2007 21:26

I ordered some stuff from the bump2babe website and nothing materialised. I tried to contact them by phone and email but to no avail. Next i found her selling on ebay and sent her a stinking email but yet again no response. As i purchased the goods using paypal i decided to get them involved by creating a dispute. At last i got a response from the seller in which she stated she had sent the goods and to check my post office (what crap). Next i escalated the dispute with paypal which meant i had to either recieve the goods or a full refund (including postage) within a set timescale, otherwise paypal would reimburse me by automatically taking the money from her paypal account. On the deadline she finally gave me a full refund as she did did not want paypal to blacklist her. So if any body used paypal create a dispute with her.
