anyone had brown discharge?

Hi and sorry for the TMI on my very first post on the ante natal thread!
i got my BFP only a few days ago, and am only 4 and a bit weeks pg, second pg, have a dd, 2yrs.
have just noticed a very small amount of light brown discharge, no blood, no clots, just that. is this normal or should i suspect that i'm beginning to miscarry?
i know it would be way too early for a scan and should probably just sit tight and not panic (easy in theory)
would be very grateful for your stories!!

brown spotting is quite common, could be implanting and as its the time of your period, some women do spot around this time.

please try to take it easy and elax (easier said than done i know!)

hmm...do have some cramping but had this with dd. its either side and not sharp, but worryingly like af cramp. however no more brown stuff.
