Channel 4 is making a documentary about maternity care in Britain. The programme will look at the pressures on maternity units and investigate how a national shortage of midwives impacts on the patient experience.
We?d like to talk to mums who are due to give birth during the next three weeks and have concerns about how the shortages will impact on them and their families. Ideally, we'd like to talk to first time mums, due before the 7th of May. Initially, we are keen to have an off-the-record chat with women, which will be treated in confidence, with no commitment necessary. If you think you can help, please email [email protected] as soon as possible.
