Stabbing pains below front of right knee

Forgot to say had these for first time last night. Felt very weird but gone this morning. Anyone else suffered the same?

I've not had pains in my knee, but was getting shooting pains in the back of the top of my leg yesterday (ie under my bum!) - must be all those muscles moving around....? (Either that or it was because I forced my tired self to go for a walk yesterday as had been pretty lazy all weekend! )
