I'm on my Facebook group from my dd and have found the support awesome and will definitely join but probably not until much later (after 20 week scan) as dontvwant to tempt fate I joined around that point last time

I understand why some might not want to join but look at it as the same as having a mumsnet account. We're not tempting fate, we're just providing ourselves with a space to seek advice/to vent/rant/share etc.

We can always remove ourselves from the group if needs be. I know I would if I miscarried.

I'd like to join but a bit scared yet!

I have a dilemma. I'm supposed to be working from home so that I can see my GP and have an acupuncture appointment but the internet has gone down. Bloody Virgin. Do I declare that I need the day off (difficult when most of my small team is aktready out of the office) or drive early to my mum's to use her internet, cancelling my appointments?? I know 5 weeks for the GP appointment is early but I can't be referred to a midwife without it and I was looking forward to telling the acupuncture lady I'm pregnant (she's the only other person I can legitimately tell at this stage). 😞

@Zoo33 is the internet definitely out all day? Could you tether internet using your mobile? Or nip and get a dongle? Seems a shame to cancel...
