Hey guys, I've just found out that I'm pregnant with my third (only 4 weeks 2 days today). I have two boys, DS6 and DS5, and I've worked pretty hard to get back to my pre-pregnancy figure. Do you know of any challenging 1st-trimester exercise DVDs/YouTube videos that I can follow, as my current DVDs are a little too high level I think. I was working out to 21-day fix extreme, P90X3 and Core De Force, which uses a lot of twisting and back exercises, so worried about the repercussions. I know it may be too early, but I'm now 35 and I don't want to set anything off. TIA :-)
