Decided to start properly using my birthing ball.

Has a) anyone used the before with success? B) for how long did you " bounce " ie 15 minutes with a break for an hour!? How many times!!

Tia!

I was on mine permanently from about 35 weeks as it was the only thing I was comfortable on. Bounced for hours and was induced at 42+1 where I laboured on it too. Unfortunately baby will come when he / she is good and ready to. I also tried curry, sex, pineapple, nipple twiddling, raspberry leave tea and all of the other old wives tails... None of which worked.

With my daughter I bounced a lot from 35 weeks ish. Didn't count or anything just bounced. I also gave birth on it (on all 4s leaning on it), it was my saviour

Thanks ladies! I've just been bouncing on it, or rocking back and forward for 30 minutes periods maybe twice a day, if nothing else, it's comfy! Lol
