So sorry to all those feeling nauseous. Like a previous poster said if you need to, get to the GP!! Loads of safe things to take in pregnancy that can really help.

6+4 today...had a horrible dream about things going wrong yesterday. Mildly concerned it's a premonition but telling myself that's stupid. Anyone else having weird dreams?

Boobs: stabby. And bigger this week!! Bleeding gums occasionally. Burping more than usual. Get very tired around lunchtime but it passes. Beginning to feel the faintest hints of nausea at times but nothing definite. I'm still losing weight every week...6lbs down so far.

I got my booking apt through, it'll be the 9th December when I'm 9+2. It made me both extremely happy and extremely scared to see that letter. It's getting real...

Ctupp · 20/11/2016 08:27

Crombanna I've been having awful vivid dreams, not helping with being exhausted all day when I can't sleep through the night! I bought a soft crop top/sports bra which I'm wearing at night which is helping with the sore boobs!! I've got the nausea but not yet been sick, almost feel like throwing up would be better than just constantly feeling like I'm going to be sick! Confused

Miami81 · 20/11/2016 09:53

We hosted an early Christmas dinner yesterday as brother in law and his family are away to nz for Christmas. We did goose and roasties etc. I was awake for most of the night with nausea. Still feel really ropey this morning. Looks like at 6 + 5 i may be experiencing my first bout of morning sickness. We are meeting friends in an hour for a walk!!! Oh dear.
Not been sick yet but feel like going for a walk may be too much.
Any tips? My sis suggested sucking on hard candy sweets.

Miami81 · 20/11/2016 09:54

Ctupp I have been wearing the secret support pyjamas tops from m&s they are helping a bit with the sore boob/ sleeping thing.

Seahawk80 · 20/11/2016 10:19

Miami I find cold water helps and also eating constantly in small portions.

Miami81 · 20/11/2016 10:41

Thx Seahawk. I am sipping on iced water as we speak. Smile

Glitterbandit · 20/11/2016 11:00

I second a soft support bra to help at night. Asda do some great cheap ones that I always wear as they're so comfy. Anyone else having issues swallowing the vitamins? It took me ages today as they were making me gag, why do they make them so big???

Sasspop · 20/11/2016 11:09

My boobs are like swollen balloons 2 Miami.. And I also have the asda crop tops glitter they're really comfy.. I think they feel better in a crop top but because I'm not used to sleeping in one I just have to get it off sometimes! I'm also extremely tired and a little run down, had some ulcers come up and the hormones are making me a little sensitive/emotional

whyistherumgone · 20/11/2016 11:20

Morning all. Think I'm going to try and get a support top for bed my boobs are suddenly soooo painful - don't seem ANY bigger though, I was hoping for a bit of a boost Grin

I've had vivid dreams as well, well once I've actually got off to sleep. Had another night last night where I didn't drop off til 3am.

Good luck with the walk etc Miami apparently ginger boiled sweets of fresh finger brewed in tea helps too

MrsBobDylan · 20/11/2016 11:40

I bought a non-wired bra yesterday and I'm up a cup size and back measurement. It's silly as I'm only 6+3. My tummy is pretending I'm 20 weeks goneShock

whyistherumgone · 20/11/2016 12:59

fresh finger?? Meant fresh ginger obviously. Maybe I should try and take a nap....

Miami81 · 20/11/2016 15:58

Walk done. Got my steps at least. So cold. DH had to buy me an extra scarf and everything. Had to stop off to pee twice. Didn't start to feel non nauseous until around an hour ago!! Oh well.
Thanks for tip on Asda tops. Will stock up.

thumbsupforthesixbillion · 20/11/2016 16:20

I've been wearing the crop top style things in place of a bra for a couple of weeks now, I think it may be time to get measured and invest in a couple of maternity bras.

I'm 8 weeks today and I'm so gassy! I have read that is quite common around week 8, but it's like my body has gone 'Okay, thats 8 weeks exactly, bring on the gas!'.

becca1611 · 20/11/2016 16:22

First baby due 2nd July 2017. Feel exhausted and unless I'm eating constantly feeling nauseous. Please tell me il begin to feel human again soon. But very excitedGrin

LuciBee231015 · 20/11/2016 16:49

8+1 today ladies, had my early scan. All looked well, dates are right, little heartbeat flickering away at 173bpm! She said that was normal! So happy 😊

whyistherumgone · 20/11/2016 17:23

Amazing news Luci so happy for you! Were you really
nervous? I think I will be. Has it reassured you?

Still got to wait nearly five weeks for the private scan I've booked, feels like forever! Got my midwife appointment on Friday though so that's good.

purplebella · 20/11/2016 17:27

Yay luci! I had a dream last night about a killer pig, just as I was booting it away from me I woke up! My heart was racing!!

thumbsupforthesixbillion · 20/11/2016 17:35

Great stuff luci! It's 2 weeks til my private scan and I'm starting to wish I had booked earlier (already brought it forward a week).

CatRash · 20/11/2016 17:46

That's good to hear Luci - I imagine you're chuffed to bits!! I'm in two minds whether to book a private scan or not - I'll be 9 weeks the week before Xmas.

I might have to investigate these soft crop top type bras for sleeping in although I need a big size as I'm a 32GG to begin with :( My boobs have been sore since I ovulated but the last couple of days they have been getting worse and worse - I'm a front sleeper too so that's not helping.

Although I've slept like a log for the last couple of nights!

Today I've just been mega forgetful - the amount of times I've walked upstairs or into a room and have no idea why I'm there! My husband thinks I've officially gone nuts!

rhodes2015 · 20/11/2016 17:56

Fantastic news luci!!

Im wearing these at the mo until they settle down a bit. Tried to put on a proper bra yesterday and they've obviously grown

LuciBee231015 · 20/11/2016 19:01

Thanks ladies, we're over the moon, and makes all this sickness and feeling rough worth it! I can't stop looking at the pics!

Glitterbandit · 20/11/2016 19:05

The Asda ones fit me Cat and I'm a 38G. I'll find a link.

10Betty10 · 20/11/2016 19:14

For some reason they aren't showing on the website, but I've just been and bought some 'soft and comfy' bras from asda- no wired, some padding and stretchy fabric all round so the sides aren't cutting in. Only £6 and they do grey and peach. Work great for day. For bed matalan have really good crop tops- again £6. I've gone from a 34c to a 36dd already and am only 6 weeks! These in size XL are a god send

Glitterbandit · 20/11/2016 19:37

That's the ones, soft and comfy. They're brilliant!
