Not one symptom yet. Going to enjoy that and hope it lasts!

Had my second scan today - all fine and saw the heartbeat! It took them ages to see it though and at first they said the sac was empty and started discussing what happened next, then she suddenly stopped and said I can see something. I felt awful for the doctor as she was obviously mortified she'd got it wrong. Am a bit of an emotional wreck at the moment but so glad it's ok!

Hi all, I really apologise for the TMI which is coming...
But I have a tiny bit of pink discharge this morning and am not sure whether this is 'normal'? My friend tells me pink is ok but red isn't and that it could be lots of different things. This is the first time I've had anything like this but I'm only 6+5 today. Not sure whether this is the start of mc and panicking slightly.

Knitting. So sorry that you are worrying. I would ring your epu if you can at all. They are very reassuring and go through the whole thing with you, also means if it continues they will probably get you in for a reassurance scan.
Lots of reading on this suggests that a bit of bleeding can be normal. If accompanied by mega cramps or fever you definitely need checked over.
Big hugs - it is very hard. Hoping it was just a wee glitch for you and there is no more.

Seahawk that is awful you poor thing to go through that. But great that it is all ok. How many weeks are you?

knitting I had that for 10 days and obviously am fine but do call / go to your epu if you can just for reassurance.

The nausea has now really kicked in. The weekend was particularly bad. It is lasting all day, absolutely no let up. I have not been sick yet but the general feeling of rotten, lots of spit collecting and feeling like even a nap will not make the horrible feeling go away. Still getting up several times a night to wee. I don’t know when it should stop after a while.

My app says I should be 7+1 but the early scan I had last week puts me at 6+2.

I booked a private scan for 19th Dec (approx. 11wks) I hope it should give us some reassurance for xmas and to tell people on the day. Midwife has still not got in touch with me and no scan date yet either. If we do get scan date before xmas then we shall cancel the private one.

Knitting I think a bit of pink is also normal but I would absolutely contact your epu for reassurance if nothing else, it will hopefully put your mind at ease.

seahawk wow you must've been an emotional wreck during that scan but so glad it's all ok and you got to hear a heartbeat too!!

I have my first scan next week when I'll be 7+1 so fingers crossed everything's ok then I'll be going to the GP. I think we'll also book a private scan for just before Xmas in case my 12 week one is after so I can share the news.

It's time for me to join the July group, got BFP and approx 4wks This is our first pregnancy and I feel like this day will never end until DH is home to tell him.

Luci I hear you- cold and not allowed any remedies is no fun. Ive been feeling crappy for about a week just from a cold.

Had telephone appt for the doc last Monday (no self referrals to MW here) and haven't heard anything yet. Wondering if I should chase. Only 6+1 but could be tricky if it falls on a work day (maxed out holiday due to DS being ill)

Fluff I'm in the same boat. Booking appointment is going to be a sick day - I don't get more than an hour out for the Dr or dentist and it is a long appointment and I have no leave left either. I don't want to tell them before my annual appraisal either - it shouldn't make a difference but it might.

Notthereyet wow that is such a long list now! Thanks for making it. My edd is 08/07. Also I'm thinking the exact same thing as you re booking a private scan to have intime for Christmas. Do you know when it doesn't have to be an internal scan anymore?

I feel shattered today, work is wearing me out. The sickness is very different this time around than with DS1, I'm nauseous all day but with him I was actually sick after my breakfast each day then I was fine.

I've booked a private scan for the 10th Dec when I'll be 10+6, I really doubt my scan will be before Christmas and this way I have the choice to tell work at my Christmas do if hiding drinking gets too difficult!

Mummy - I don't know when they stop internal scans. When I called the imaging centre they specifically asked me not to bother with a full bladder so I am assuming it will be internal. TBH I'm used to it now with everyone having a good poke about down there since I had a mc.

Hi everyone! I've just found out I will be expecting DC2 in July :) EDD 23rd. No symptoms really, except for feeling a bit more tired than usual. Long may that continue... I really didn't enjoy the first trimester last time!

Thought I'd join this group now I've made it to 6 weeks. EDD for DC1 is apparently 11/7/17. Only had one pregnancy before, ended in MMC this April. Got everything crossed for a sticky bean this time. Interesting to hear lots of you have also booked in for early private scans - me too. Would rather know before Christmas if it's all gone wrong so I can drink away my sorrows!

I've been googling a bit today and have just confused myself! Can somebody explain to me the benefit of harmony vs the standard tests?

Thank you so much for your support today ladies, I really have appreciated it. I haven't had any more spotting since the initial bit this morning and so haven't called my EPU yet but will f there is anything more tonight or tomorrow. I have a viability scan booked in for Friday so I just need to try and get through another couple of days if I can and then see whether everything looks ok. I am finding the emotional side of this so so hard - I felt knocked for six this morning and have been feeling like I've been having a complete meltdown all day. I think I need to get a bit tougher. Is anyone else feeling like they have no emotional control left whatsoever?! Thanks all

Hello can I tentatively join? Found out on Friday - complete shock as we weren't trying - and didn't believe it at first. Six tests later...my EDD is 18th July.

I'm 5 weeks today, had a doctor's appointment yesterday but she just filled in a form and said I had to wait for a letter - is that usual? It's my first time so no idea what to expect.

I'm also incredibly anxious now I've realised I'm actually pregnant, so many of my friends have had MC I think my real fear is finding out I've had a MMC at the 12 week scan - thinking about a private one at 10 weeks which will be the week before Christmas as we are staying with family and they will work it out straight away - IF we get that far (I keep feeling like I need to say that or I will jinx it, even posting here feels like I'm jinxing it!)

So far my only symptoms are bloating and tender, slightly heavier feeling boobs so I still don't really feel pregnant. It's all very surreal.
