Baby boy arrived safely this morning, delivered at home weighing 8lbs 6, one day before his due date. We are besotted with him x

I'm finding walking pretty difficult now, had weird stabbing pains shooting up the right side of my groin! Hope this doesn't go on too long!
Got the bedside crib up today and made it all ready!

So my beautiful daughter was born at 8.09pm weighing 8lb on the dot! Cannot believe how quick it was, I have lots of stitches but mainly lots of grazes nothing major.

I'm on the post natal ward on my own and I don't want to sleep at all, I know I should but I can't bring myself to sleep when she's so new and little! Eeek!

I've just woken up and went to the loo. Felt a lot of wetness when I stood up but not sure if it's significant or not! Confused!

My waters broke at 1am and I'm currently in the assessment unit...

I've been losing my bloody plug all day with stronger braxton hicks. 3rd sweep in the morning in the hope midwife can help speed things along before induction. Eek!

Today is my due date. Some painful braxton hicks, but nothing more exciting. Very sick of everyone staring at me waiting for something to happen.

Third sweep today and nothing but period cramps and bleeding.

Hospital want to drip induce me tomorrow 😕 Excited but terrified!

Baby boy finally born today at 39+3 the whole experience was surreal!

Yay all the babies are coming!

My little boy arrived on Tuesday after having my waters broken at 40+12. He arrived in a 3hr mad rush! 😀

Wow congratulations! I'm having mine broken tomorrow (unless I really am last on the list) so hoping it's the same! Hope you're having a lovely time.

Baby born at 00:04 this morning, after being admitted at 11pm last night. Pretty much walked from assessment room to delivery room, did a wee, then had him walking back to the bed. I think I got 2 contractions with gas and air before he was out. 2 minutes pushing, then 1 minute later placenta was out. I did warn them I birth quickly

Congratulations! Sounds like a very crazy labour for you.

Good luck tomorrow crepe - it's the weirdest feeling having your waters broken - advise not to wear socks!
