I'll be 40 in July and I'm due no2 in August. I'm definitely much more exhausted this time around but no6?! respect!

I am 41 and am expecting no. 3 in May.
I had a nuchal scan last year and was given the not too brilliant odds of 1:21 chance of having a baby with DS. The neck measurement was 2.6. We have our 20 week scan (when I will be 21 weeks and 6 days) - don't ask - on 12th Jan when hopefully we will find out more.

i payed for a nuchal scan at 12 weeks and the neck mesures was 1.2mm and my risk was 1:354 from age related was 1:66 and edwards syndrome was 1:1123 and age related was 1:120, and waiting for spina bifida blood test to come back!

Aunty Mandy Hi - I'm 43 and due in March with my third. I had nuchals with my first two (I was 36 and 39). This time I went to the Fetal Medicine Centre for the Oscar test, which is about 95% accurate but non invasive.

Hello foxy! Hi other oldies. I am 43 and no 2 due in May. I had an Oscar test done in November. 1.4mm nuchal fold and blood tests. Results were good. (Can't remember figures)95% accuracy.
20 week scan due on Friday.

Hello fellow oldsters! I'm Holly&Mistletoe btw. I also had a nuchal of 1.4 but bloods came back 1/33 for Downs so I had a CVS at 13 weeks (this was back in Sept or Oct - can't believe I can't remember!!) which came back all clear. I'm 25 weeks now and all is going well (fingers crossed emoticon).
