Ante natal aqua and yoga

Anyone recommend classes for ante natal aqua nearish saltdean (Lewes) or Brighton (kemptown end) or pregnancy yoga?

First timer for both :-)

Daisy Birthing? Not yoga but some similarities and I really liked it when I did sessions with DC2.
