Mel - you will be so very much missed. It is so painful losing a baby - and that is how it feels. Miscarriage just doesn't sum it up. I hope so much much you have a happy healthy pregnancy with a beautiful baby at the end of it as soon as you are ready. We're all here if you feel like keeping in touch, but totally understand if it's too hard.

After my mc, 2 really good friends announced their pregnancies, I was so happy for them but found it really hard hearing about their symptoms and so on. It all seemed so unfair. Anyway, you are very young so you've got plenty of time.

Lots of love to you and Scrowy x

Cheery1 · 05/01/2016 15:37

Scase - gorgeous pic! Lovely news Smile

Elizardo - nice to have another FB sceptic! Glad you're sticking around here too.

Culture - that's great news re blood tests. Not had mine back yet. No news is good news right…? How long did you have to wait?

beckslovestimmy · 05/01/2016 15:40

Just had 16 week midwife appointment. All is well, she found the heartbeat straight away, galloping along at 150bpm. DD found it hilarious for some reason. Can't believe it's only a month until 20week scan. Times flying now!!

Lovely scan scase really clear.

Cheery1 · 05/01/2016 15:42

Hooray Becky! I didn't even know they listened for heartbeat at 16 weeks, I'm such a novice - good to know.

Cheery1 · 05/01/2016 15:44

By the way ladies - if I'm posting lots tomorrow tell me to get back to work! I'm doing a sterling job of avoiding starting a funding application - oh the joys of being self employed with no will power!

CultureSucksDownWords · 05/01/2016 15:48

Cheery1 I had the test on the 29th, the result sheet was printed on the 31st and the letter arrived today, posted first class. So that seems fairly prompt given the bank holiday weekend.

Becky great that you could hear the heartbeat! It's amazing the first time you hear it.

Cheery1 · 05/01/2016 16:04

Thanks Culture - I had scan on same day so maybe I'll get mine soon.

Meant to say my DD is now 9th July after scan. Just for stats

Scase1firsttimemum · 05/01/2016 16:04

The group is finally up and running! Of course I will be posting on here too Smile but for those of you who want to join, you should be able to search it up, July 2016 babies (mumsnet)

Just checking in after a few busy days, so sorry to hear about your losses Mel and Scrowy. I hope you're both holding up well and have lots of support.

My stats for the stats list (sorry if I'm doing this wrong):

InsufficientlyCaffeinated, 30, Nottingham, DC1, EDD 27th July 2016

FINALLY have my booking appointment on Thursday at 10+6! You lot will be on your 20 week scan before I can get my 12 week (which will almost definitely not happen at 12 weeks the way things are going)

mascaraisamust · 05/01/2016 16:28

Scase congrats. Great pic.

Insufficiently, finally! I feel like you. Such early days and these lot seems miles ahead yet we are all due in the same month.

Becks that's nice and reassuring.

CultureSucksDownWords · 05/01/2016 16:39

Vickie360 · 05/01/2016 17:56

InsufficientlyCaffeinated · 05/01/2016 17:59

Thanks culture Smile

beckslovestimmy · 05/01/2016 18:03

Hopes that's what happened to me. I had prochlorperazine and it definitely helped take the edge off I cut down and stopped taking them completely at about 14 weeks so hopefully you won't need them for too long. Hope you feel better soon.

CultureSucksDownWords · 05/01/2016 18:03

This is v frustrating... Nothing comes up at all when I search for that exact group name copied and pasted from here... Can anyone PM me a link to the group? Sorry!

HopesAndDreams15 · 05/01/2016 18:08

Thanks Becks, hopefully not too much longer then! Glad you're feeling better.

Magickal · 05/01/2016 18:21

Hello, I posted on the original thread but haven't been around much so have missed a lot. I will try to catch up but I had a quick question & wondered what you'd all do...

I was offered a job today with a local company. They don't know I'm 12 weeks. WWYD? Should I accept and tell them. Or say nothing?

Lucy90 · 05/01/2016 18:25

Also can't find the group!
