Hello ladies, made a new thread seeing as we have almost run out of room on the last one!

Loki what time is your scan? I was really anxious before mine too.
Aw woodsy that's a shame, usually the first thing people should ask is how mum is feeling. I hate the horrific birth stories from years ago - things have moved on since then so no need to scare people.

Hope everyone is doing ok. Sorry I've not been on for a while. Been so busy and knackered. Looking forward to finishing up tomorrow although we've scaled back our Christmas plans so I can get plenty rest. DH being amazing.

Thanks everyone. I'm heartbroken but don't want to upset or worry any of you ladies so I'm not going to say much on here. It is just one of those terrible things. DH is looking after me and I have my beautiful dd.

Thank you ladies for all the lovely messages yesterday. I have been to get checked over. I have bad bruising on my hips/bottom, a really bruised head and I've pulled muscles in my neck. I had a little bit of pink when wiping last night. Unfortunately they won't scan be early as my scan is next Wednesday. So I've just got to keep an eye on things. It's made me even more nervous for next week.

Ham fab scan photo so pleased for you. It will be lovely to let all your friends and family know at Christmas. I'm sure there will be lots of tears of joy in your house.

Kaytee* glad your scan went well too. Thanks for letting us all know about the stats. I didn't realise the risks reduced so significantly after 12 weeks.

Woodsy sorry to hear about your MILS reaction. I'm not expecting great reactions here. We had dinner with DHs dad yesterday. The one person we told in DHs family and we didn't even get a congratulations. His step mum did give me a big hug and congratulations though.

Beautician, glad to hear you've been checked over and are mostly ok. Fingers crossed for next Wednesday, at least you'll have Christmas to distract you. I wonder if they'll change your due date? Would be nice to stay due date buddies
