eat fruit and veg and drink plenty of fluids. not exactly helpful if you went off f+v like i did!

also, go and see your doc or pharmacist(sp?) and they may recommend you tkae lactulose to help. hth fm x

my dh fed me prunes. loads of water. knew i was preggers the secon time as i was bunged up. i didnt just slow down i just stopped!

mum2oliver- eat 3-5 dates a day, will keep you regular girl ... oh and like the other ladies recommended, water water water!!!!

It may be your iron tablets in which case you can get floridex (sp)

Eat lots of green veg
A bit of guinness works
fresh fruit
um........... oh I'm sure people will post other iron rich foods for you.
